Marigot Bay is a nice little beach to spend some time at where you can be left alone and have some peace from the rest of St. Lucia. You can only get here by water taxi, which can be a little expensive, but many people enjoy their time in this beautiful little gem.
A result of volcanic activity and tectonic plates, this landmark is one of nature’s many wonders. Two large peaks of land, covered in lush greenery, climb over 2000 ft above sea level, and are at the heart of of Soufriere. Take a tour or go check it out yourself; a good view is from the top of the Tet Paul Nature Trail.
This used to be a large sugar plantation, but not it’s a great place to walk around, ride your bike, or go for a swim. The black sand beach is quite interesting, but there are quite a few bugs, so insect repellent has been highly recommended. This is also a great snorkeling spot.

Pigeon Island is a great place go to for an afternoon or so. You can hike up to Fort Rodney for great views of the island, and for a small price, you get access to two private beaches. The only downside is that inside the grounds, there is no place to get refreshments or food, but outside the gates you can find a nice place to sit down for a drink or a meal.
